Virginia District Judge Vacates $1.75 Million Patent Verdict in Favor of Adobe

The judge concluded that while “there was sufficient evidence for the jury to find that Adobe directly infringed during the relevant damages period, there was insufficient evidence to support the $1.75 million damages award for that direct infringement” due to a faulty damages model.
