On January 11, 2022, Mizuho Bank continued to experience system failures, needing to apologize to customers after they experienced issues with their online banking services.
Mizuho has experienced nine system failures between February through December of last year. Mizuho will host a press conference on January 17, 2022, to discuss how they plan to move forward and avoid these system failures.
