Update: Copyright Dispute Between Zenimax Media and Facebook’s Oculus VR Ends in Settlement

    On December 12, 2018, Zenimax Media Inc. and Oculus VR Inc. reached an undisclosed settlement in the copyright infringement dispute regarding alleged stolen source code.

    The settlement follows an appeal by both sides after a Dallas District Court judge reduced by half a jury’s $500 million damages award to Zenimax in June 2018.
