Recently, it has been announced that Florida has not been able to pay thousands of healthcare claims for some of the sickest and neediest kids in the state because of software glitches in two of their biggest payment vendors.
The Sunshine State Health Plan Inc. blames the software issues on the merger between the payment companies.
