      Kimon Yiasemides serves as a Director, providing expertise in project management, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, and dispute resolution services for clients. Kimon has worked as a named testifying expert in litigation matters; presenting findings to various courts and boards in the form of expert reports and testimony. He also works as a consultant, and his work includes development or rebuttal of claims, forensic schedule analysis, e-discovery assistance and analysis, and negotiation support for mediation or settlement conference environments.

      Kimon has over twenty-five years of combined work experience in project management and forensic schedule analysis. Kimon has been directly involved in the management of both public and private sector work, including commercial, educational, and defense-related projects for the construction industry and software development projects.

      His consulting experience includes work on projects both domestic and international, including: SAP implementations; software development disputes; and projects related to military installations, highway, bridge, and transit improvements, commercial buildings, schools, and electrical power plants. Kimon has also assisted legal counsel in preparation for public trials and for both public and private arbitration hearings. Moreover, he has assisted in preparing expert and lay witnesses for testimony in depositions. He has also worked as the named testifying expert on several cases.

      Kimon has authored published articles and presented seminars addressing project controls, best practices in scheduling, and dispute resolution methods for claims, among other dispute-related topics.

      Kimon has been involved in all aspects of construction management, including planning and scheduling and/or analysis of delays on a wide variety of projects, ranging in size from a few million dollars to billions of dollars. These projects have entailed a variety of issues such as delay, disruption, acceleration, suspension of work, production issues, defective design/specifications, changes, terminations, and interference, among others.
