On October 18, 2021, Judge Sunil Kulkarni at the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, ruled that Cisco will go to trial over allegations that they stole trade secrets from enterprise collaboration start-up Leadfactors LLC.
The trial will determine if Leadfactors owns the IP they bought from ConnectBeam and if they have the legal right to plea for trade secret misappropriation.
