DisputeSoft was engaged as a software expert in March 2007 by the defendant in the matter of City of West Palm Beach v. VisionAIR, Inc., a civil dispute before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The lawsuit related to the development and implementation of an integrated public safety information management system (IMS).
In December 2000, the City of West Palm Beach (the City) contracted with VisionAIR to implement a public safety IMS which included modules for a 911 call center, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, Records Management System (RMS) for Law Enforcement and Fire, mobile in-car dispatch and reporting, and geographical mapping.
