On August 10, 2021, New Jersey based diagnostics testing laboratory A2Z Diagnostics, LLC announced that they recently fell victim to a data breach that compromised the protected health information (PHI) of their patients.
The cyberattack occurred via unauthorized, third-party access to employee email accounts, which led to the data breach between February 2, 2021 and April 2, 2021. A2Z Diagnostics is offering complimentary credit monitoring services to individuals impacted by the breach.
