A settlement has been proposed in the class action data security lawsuit against Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. over an alleged data breach that occurred between October 2016 and January 2017.
Arby’s continues to deny all claims in the data privacy lawsuit, but plaintiffs allege that Arby’s failed to adequately secure its system or provide timely notification of the alleged breach.
