Texas Jury Rejects Digital Marketing Company’s $50 Million Trade Secret Misappropriation Claim

    On June 14, 2019, a jury in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas awarded digital marketing firm Six Dimensions, Inc. $287,000 for a breach of contract claim, but rejected a $50 million trade secret misappropriation claim against its competitor, Perficient, Inc.

    The jury found no evidence of misappropriated trade secrets, which allegedly included “training modules/materials, performance evaluations of employees, critical employee list and customer pricing and project information.”
