Recently, South Denver Cardiology Associates confirmed a data breach that occurred in January 2022.
The hackers accessed and possibly stole up to 287,000 patients’ information. Some of the potentially stolen information was date of birth, Social Security numbers, patient account numbers, and health insurance information.
