On January 27, 2020, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE) released the “Cybersecurity and Resiliency Observations” report, which includes cybersecurity and operational resiliency practices organizations have taken to safeguard against cyber threats.
The report details cybersecurity best practices in areas such as “governance and risk assessment, access rights and control, data loss prevention, vendor management, training, and incident response.”
