Robinhood Experiences Data Breach

    On November 3, 2021, online brokerage Robinhood experienced a data breach that affected over seven million customers.

    Of the seven million customers, five million had their email taken, two million had their names exposed, and about 310 people had their personal information stolen, such as their name, date of birth, and ZIP code. Robinhood confirmed that no Social Security or bank numbers were stolen.
