On March 15, 2022, Chipmaker Qualcomm Technologies filed a lawsuit against one of their former engineers for allegedly stealing company trade secrets before joining a rival technology company.
The former employee is being accused of stealing confidential files regarding Qualcomm’s chip-related software and lying about deleting the information.
