Permanent Injunction Issued Against Rimini Street in Copyright Infringement Dispute

On August 15, 2018, a U.S. District Court judge for the District of Nevada issued a permanent injunction prohibiting enterprise software support company Rimini Street from reproducing or creating derivative works from software copyrighted by Oracle.
