Neiman Marcus Agrees to $1.5 Million Data Breach Settlement

    On January 8, 2019, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that The Neiman Marcus Group LLC agreed to a $1.5 million settlement with 43 states to resolve a lawsuit concerning a data breach disclosed in January 2014.

    Approximately 370,000 Neiman Marcus credit cards were unlawfully accessed in a data breach that affected 77 stores nationwide from July through October 2013.
