    The IT Analyst Intern is a technical investigator whose work requires them to uncover factual information and analyze the significance of that information by leveraging scientific principles to DisputeSoft’s clients. Therefore, the IT Analyst Intern must have the deep technical skills in computing algorithms and software systems to perform these tasks and the ability to apply those skills to form opinions about complex technical situations. DisputeSoft’s primary clients are attorneys, and the IT Analyst Intern is expected to communicate his/her methodology and findings effectively to a lay audience, both verbally and in writing.

    Competitive candidates for the position will possess the following qualifications:

    • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field of study
    • Academic or professional experience with object-oriented programming
    • Academic or professional experience with at least one scripting language such as Python, Ruby, PHP, or Perl
    • Academic or professional experience with relational databases, including SQL
    • Strong technical problem-solving skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges

    The salary range for interns, in the US, is $24 – $27 /hour. Individual salaries are based on education, experience, and geographic location.
