Since 2016 and until recently, Ms. Sultanik served as a technical leader at Arcweb Technologies, a boutique software engineering consultancy. In her role as Vice President of Engineering she led development of mission-critical financial and healthcare platforms serving thousands of users nationwide. She architected systems for major clients including Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Penn Medicine, Dynasty Financial Partners, and the American Board of Surgery, focusing on secure, compliant solutions for sensitive data. Her work encompassed dozens of different software systems across various industries, providing her with broad experience in software architecture, project management, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to her industry leadership roles, Ms. Sultanik spent 14 years as Senior Research Scientist at Lockheed Martin, serving as Principal Investigator for AI and data mining research initiatives. She successfully secured and executed multiple R&D projects totaling $3.25M+ for commercial and government clients, including the Office of Naval Research, providing her with deep expertise in defense applications and government contracting standards.

Ms. Sultanik holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Drexel University, where she completed an accelerated dual-degree program. Her thesis focused on facilitating intellectual teamwork on mobile devices. She is the author of 20+ peer-reviewed academic publications.
