Her technical expertise spans backend systems (Python, Java, C/C++), cloud technologies (AWS), database systems, mobile application development, and financial applications. She has extensive experience with defense applications from her 14-year tenure at Advanced Technology Laboratories – Lockheed Martin, and deep expertise in healthcare technology compliance from her leadership role at Arcweb Technologies.

Ms. Sultanik has served as an expert witness in federal court in Civil Action No. 22-904-RGA, Acceleration Bay, LLC v. Amazon Web Services, Inc., tried in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Her expertise in distributed systems and coordination algorithms was specifically relevant to the technical issues in the case. She provided expert testimony on behalf of Amazon Web Services, demonstrating her ability to present complex technical concepts clearly in a courtroom setting.

Since 2016 and until recently, Ms. Sultanik served as a technical leader at Arcweb Technologies, a boutique software engineering consultancy. In her role as Vice President of Engineering she led development of mission-critical financial and healthcare platforms serving thousands of users nationwide. She architected systems for major clients including Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Penn Medicine, Dynasty Financial Partners, and the American Board of Surgery, focusing on secure, compliant solutions for sensitive data. Her work encompassed dozens of different software systems across various industries, providing her with broad experience in software architecture, project management, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to her industry leadership roles, Ms. Sultanik spent 14 years as Senior Research Scientist at Lockheed Martin, serving as Principal Investigator for AI and data mining research initiatives. She successfully secured and executed multiple R&D projects totaling $3.25M+ for commercial and government clients, including the Office of Naval Research, providing her with deep expertise in defense applications and government contracting standards.

Ms. Sultanik holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Drexel University, where she completed an accelerated dual-degree program. Her thesis focused on facilitating intellectual teamwork on mobile devices. She is the author of 20+ peer-reviewed academic publications.
