Eighth Circuit Upholds $21.2 Million Award in Database Copyright Infringement Dispute

On April 27, 2020, a judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit upheld a ruling in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska that awarded Infogroup $11.2 million against DatabaseUSA for copyright infringement and $10 million against former shareholder Vinod Gupta for breach of contract.
