On July 26, 2018, a judge from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed an Order dismissing a copyright infringement lawsuit between plaintiff Suite LLC and defendants Currenex, Inc., State Street Corporation and State Street Global Markets LLC.
The parties successfully reached a settlement agreement over the defendants’ alleged infringement and misappropriation of Suite’s copyrighted ALib Analytic Library software and source code.
