As trade secrets misappropriation expert witnesses, we reviewed numerous alleged trade secrets and patent claims for evidence of potential misappropriation or patent infringement within mobile applications related to internet banking. We also performed manual code reviews related to said trade secrets and patent claims, and built charts mapping if and whether we saw alleged trade secrets or patent claims present or missing within compared software. We additionally reverse-engineered and decompiled code for analysis as related to same trade secret and patent claims prior to production and review of the source code.
