DisputeSoft was engaged by the plaintiff in the matter of Lands’ End, Inc. v. Versata Software, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, case 3:06cv132.

Lands’ End contracted with Versata Software to develop a large-scale e-commerce platform which included a call center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, order entry software, and an integrated web-based front-end. Lands’ End brought suit against Versata Software in March 2006, alleging that Versata failed to deliver a working online catalog system, and that it had infringed on Lands’ End’s proprietary source code.
