DisputeSoft was engaged in July 2008 regarding a video and computer forensics dispute in a matter involving a student, who was accused of pushing and shoving outside of a school.

The event had been captured on a security camera, but what had actually transpired was indiscernible due to the poor quality of the video.

DisputeSoft received stills and video footage captured by the security camera. Our video forensics experts enhanced the images and the video and upped the contrast using off-the-shelf software tools, which allowed the images to be discerned. DisputeSoft then created still frames for trial demonstratives.
