    Budgetext Corporation contracted with Computer Technology Solutions to develop customized e-commerce software to support the wholesale book distributor’s online catalogue. Computer Technology Solutions brought suit against Budgetext Corporation, alleging issues of software failure, intellectual property conversion, and software copyright infringement.
