DisputeSoft was engaged in April 2015 by the defendant in the matter of Andra Group, LP v. JDA Software Group, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

In March 2012, Andra Group entered into a Software License & Service Agreement (SLSA) with RedPrairie to implement an e-commerce platform to support the company’s online clothing retail business. In late 2012, RedPrairie was merged into JDA Software. Plaintiff Andra Group brought suit against JDA Software in December 2013, alleging breach of contract and misrepresentation of promised functionality. Andra Group sought punitive and exemplary damages, rescission of JDA Software’ SLSAs and Statements of Work, and return of all monies paid.
