On November 11, 2021, Eskenazi Health informed patients that cybercriminals may have stolen their personal information in a cyber-attack that occurred on May 19, 2021.
This data breach affected over 1.5 million patients. Some of the information stolen was names, date of births, address, social security number, and insurance information.
