Norton Rose Fulbright’s 2018 Litigation Trends Annual Survey reports a decrease in the number of lawsuits over the last year, but an increase in regulatory proceedings and arbitrations “navigating increased cyber risk, data protection and tax issues.”
Twenty-seven percent of the 365 senior corporate attorneys polled expect class action, intellectual property, and cybersecurity disputes to increase during 2019.
