A California jury determined that defendant Sparta Consulting, Inc. must pay damages amounting to nearly $25 million to plaintiff Copart, Inc. after a four-year dispute over a software implementation agreement.
The jury found that Sparta failed to complete a series of contractual milestones, and thus breached the implementation agreement.
